As we are spending more time at home, that means we could have potentially more time together as a family! We want to help resource this time with some fun family activities that can help make the most of our family time and even become permanent parts of our family system!

Also, be sure to check out our Instagram page, @Sonquestministries for more info on our ministry and what we are up to!

Digital Easter Egg Hunt

Not being able to physically gather shouldn't mean Easter can't be celebrated!  It just means that we have to be creative and it might look different!  Check out our photos below and let Pastor Luke know how many you find!

Family Games!

While I am always a huge fan of classic board games and the like, here are a few of my favorite minute to win it games and such for you and your family to play together!

Cup Stack:

This is a pretty simple game but can be played multiple times and with different rules and difficulties!
All you need is multiple cups of the same size (I use Red Solo Cups) in groups of 6, 10, or 15!  The object of the game is simple: to be the quickest to stack the cups up in a pyramid, and then take the cups down into a single stack!  The game can be made challenging by blindfolding players, only using one hand, or having teams take turns turning this into a relay!

Copy Cat

This is one of my favorite games! It is very simple, and only takes paper and pencil! (Or white board if you have it).  One individual is "It" and is drawing a picture.  The must give hints as to what they are drawing ("Put a square here, a line here, etc.) and by only going a piece at a time, see how close the others are to the original art work!
