There is a school campus in every community of our nation. And there is a church in every community of our nation. Both are facing unprecedented challenges. What if every church came together to pray for the schools in their community? Schools are a hub, a community center where lives are formed and minds are shaped. Outside of the home, school is where students spend most of their time. Schools are strategic places of influence, places that desperately need a revelation of God’s love. We want the Church to come together to passionately pray before God for the lives of students, staff, campuses, and communities.
We believe prayer is critical if we are to care for our students and communities. Imagine the impact as Jesus answers prayers for a generation of students and teachers.
Where will we gather?
We will be gathering at South Stokes High School, Southeastern Stokes Middle School, and Walnut Cove Elementary School. We invite you to join us at one of those schools or to contact a school near you and ask them to pray there! We want to cover as many schools as possible in prayer! Let us know if you're planning on gathering with us, and let's Cover our communities in prayer!
